The 'She Makes Me Wanna' stars admit it was a "tough category" and appreciate the support.

JLS have thanked their fans for logging on to Capitalfm.com and voting for them for the Best British Single award at the BRIT Awards 2012.

The 'Do You Feel What I Feel' stars eventually missed out on the prize but admitted to Capital on the red carpet that they knew it was "a tough category" but whatever the outcome, they wanted to say thanks to their fans.

"A big thank you to all the Capital listeners who voted on the website," they confessed.

The boys went on to wish every nominee the best of luck and predicted that Olly Murs' performance would be the one to watch at the show, which was broadcast live on ITV1.
