JLS always on the go-go

JLS have started 2011 in the same way they spent 2010 - on the go, entertaining the fans.

An annual PRS For Music Poll has put JLS as the third hardest working act in the British music industry last year.

The chart is based on the number of arena gigs a bands and artists played during 2010.

JLS find themselves behind...Status Quo and Peter Andre. The Aussie star denied Quo a second year at the top of the list. Andre's Revelation tour saw him play 38 dates to almost 100,000 fans.

Westlife were fourth with Rod Stewart fifth. But the way JLS have started the year they could be set to pinch the crown from Peter.

A list based on gigs played at smaller venues was topped by Example, with Ellie Goulding and Tinie Tempah coming in second and third respectively.
