The 'Who You Are' star had been due to perform at the Perth leg of the Future Music Festival.

Jessie J has been forced to cancel a gig in Australia due to illness.

The 'Price Tag' star took to her Twitter account this morning (5th March) to apologise to fans after she pulled out of an appearance at the Future Music Festival in Perth.

She wrote: "So my voice has decided to go for a walk :( MASSIVE sorry to all my fans who wanted to see me today at #futuremusicfest. X."

In another message, she added: "I was advised to not do the show due to my voice going due to tiredness\jetlag because that's the #TRUTH."

Jessie's cancellation came 24 hours after she watched Tinie Tempah play the opening leg of the festival in Brisbane.

Tinie Tempah is currently gearing up for the release of his second album 'Demonstration'.

Speaking to Capital FM about the record last month, Tinie said: "I'm about a month away from finishing it so hopefully a couple of weeks after that all the singles should start trickling out but I'm so excited about it."
