J-Lo says she still believes in love despite splitting from Marc Anthony.
In a recent interview Jennifer Lopez has described herself as eternally hopeful when it comes to love.
The singer announced last month that her and hubby Marc, who have 3-year-old twins together, were planning to divorce, but it hasn't put J-Lo off relationships.
"Sometimes it doesn't work, and that's sad," Jen revealed.
"But I remain an eternal optimist about love. I believe in love. It’s still my biggest dream.
"I'm a hopeless romantic and passionate person when it comes to love."
The 'I'm Into You' singer also told Vanity Fair magazine her previous failed relationships have taught her to walk away when things aren't working out.
"Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves," Jen said.
"To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not doing the right thing for himself—if I stay, then I am not doing the right thing for me.
"I love myself enough to walk away from that now."
