The 'On The Floor' singer's attorney calls the reports "false" and "defamatory".
Jennifer Lopez has released a statement from her attorney to describe recent reports of boyfriend Casper Smart visiting a massage parlour as "false" and "malicious".
Star magazine and InTouch quoted an employe from the parlour as stating that the backing dancer visited the Hell's Kitchen parlour and an adult store before celebrating the 'Dance Again' star's 43rd birthday last month.
"These statements are false, malicious and defamatory," revealed attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley. "Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law."
The lawyers are also reportedly asking for an immediate retraction from the publications according to E! Online or a legal suit will be filed.
The couple began a relationship together at the end of 2011 following the singer's split from husband Marc Anthony.
They recently both spoke out on their romance with J-Lo saying she would be open to marriage again as Casper confessed their relationship occurred very naturally.
Meanwhile, the 'Goin' In' star, who is currently on her co-headlining world tour with Enrique Iglesias, will head to the UK for two shows in October.
The singer also recenttly announced her departure from American Idol alongside Steven Tyler with Mariah Carey already confirmed as one of the replacements.
