Jason Derulo Aiming For "Perfect" Album

The 'Don't Wanna Go Home' singer revealed that he's more interested in creating the perfect album than a string of No. 1 hits.

Jason, who's recently put the finishing touches to his next album 'Future History' told the Daily Star "I never do what I do for credibility. Music is something that we need."

He added "I'm not trying to have a number one record. I'm not trying to make myself famous, I do what I do 'cos I love it, and it's been inspiring to see how my music has helped people."

Jason's new album, 'Future History' is set to be released in September, the album's first single 'Don't Wanna Go Home' has already bagged the singer a No. 1.
