The group will now play an additional date at London's O2 Arena as part of their comeback tour.
Girls Aloud have paid tribute to their "amazing" fans after tickets for their 2013 UK tour went on sale this morning (26th October).
Demand for the gigs has been so high that the group have announced a new show at London's O2 Arena on 3rd March 2013.
That will follow their previously announced gigs at the venue on the 1st and 2nd March.
"Wow, you guys are amazing. We’ve had to add a third London date. Cannot wait to get out on the road," the group said.
The tour is set to conclude with gigs at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham on 19th March and the Liverpool Arena on 20th March.
Speaking about the upcoming dates, Nadine Coyle told Capital: "We're going to do another tour, so we can maybe come form the ceiling again or maybe come from the side of the arena or do something crazy, we've still to achieve that."
"The fact that we can still be doing this ten years on is incredible – that's an achievement in itself. We still are achieving," Cheryl said.
