Nadine Coyle 0 Cheryl Cole 1

Girls Aloud's Nadine Coyle has sold just 177 copies of her debut solo single 'Insatiable'.

Digital sales aren't much better - just a little over 2,000.

It means the single has stalled at a rather disappointing No 35 in the mid-week chart. Nadine has even taken to Twitter to remind her fans that the song is out. She tweeted, "Hello everyone. #Insatiable is available on limited edition cd single from these Tesco stores"

To rub further salt into Nadine's wounds, Cheryl Cole's second album Messy Little Raindrops has flown straight to the top of the album mid-week chart.

First strike to Cheryl. We'll find out the final result on Sunday - be listening to The Big Top 40 with Rich and Kat.

Nadine Coyle was hoping to get to Number One with her debut solo single Insatiable, she might want to radically readjust her expectations. Her new single has stalled at aOf course things could pick up, and 3212 copies is the sales figure for only one day - heres plenty of time for Nadine fans to get out there and get to song to Number One.

The news that Cheryl Coles second solo album Messy Little Raindrops has flown straight to the top of the album mid-week chart probably wont cheer poor Nadine up any either. Oh dear.
