The 'Something New' singer has been working 14-hour days as she juggles preparations for the outing and reality show duties.

Kimberly Walsh has revealed that she is training "full on" as she prepares for next year's comeback tour with Girls Aloud.

The 'Sound Of The Underground' star is also currently appearing as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing and told the Daily Mirror that she's working long hours as she juggles all her upcoming duties.

"I've been rehearsing with the girls and then with Pasha [Strictly Come Dancing partner] from 8am until 10pm," she said. "It's been full on, but I'm enjoying everything I'm doing and the girls have been supportive.

"I'm getting through it all with lots of coffee and vitamin pills."

The girl band star also said that she's not worried about sustaining any injury during her time in rehearsals and has "faith" her body will hold up to her intense routine.

"I'm on top of the injuries. I climbed Kilimanjaro and did a tour a week later, so I think I can cope," she said. "I have faith in my body to get me through."

Before the band's reunion shows in 2013, they will also be making an appearance at Capital's Jingle Bell Ball next month live from the O2 Arena in London.

Bruno Mars, The Wanted, One Direction, Pink and Example will also be on the line-up – which takes place over 8th and 9th December.
