Beyonce Praises Fun's Grammy Awards 2013 Nominated 'Some Nights' As A "Fresh Record"

The 'Crazy In Love' singer shows fans what she is currently listening to as she continues work on new album.

Beyonce has offered words of praise for Fun's album 'Some Nights' ahead of this year's Grammy Awards.

The band are up for a total of six prizes at the ceremony next month and have now established themselves with a spot on the singer's iPod playlist.

The Destiny's Child star posted an image of her playlist on her Instagram page this week alongside the caption "fresh record".

The singer, who is also currently working on her new studio album, has been posting quotes of inspiration from artists over the past few weeks – including Bob Dylan.

The 'Love On Top' singer is gearing up for a busy 2013, as well as releasing her new album she will be appearing at the halftime show of the Super Bowl in New Orleans next month and will be starring in and directing a new documentary later in February.

Meanwhile, Fun will be heading out on their new UK tour in April and lead the way in Grammys nominations this year alongside Mumford & Sons, The Black Keys, Frank Ocean, Kanye West, Jay-Z who all have six nods each.

Beyonce's new album is expected to be released sometime this year.
