The 'Stay Awake' rapper predicts his friend and Adele will dominate at tonight's event because they are ginger.

Example has spoken to Capital FM ahead of tonight's BRIT Awards 2012 to state that he thinks his close friend Ed Sheeran will have a successful night.

The 'Kickstars' rapper is up for Best British Single at the ceremony and thinks Ed and Adele will be the big winners on the night.

He told Capital: "It has to be Ed's night. I think he's the biggest breakthrough in music in general over the last few years."

He had equally high praise for Adele stating: "Whatever happens she's outsold everyone here."

He told Capital FM that he is not too fussed if he doesn't win and thinks that he might not be successful because he is not ginger.

"He's [Ed Sheeran] ginger, so is Adele and I'm not so I'm not going to win anything," he quipped.

Meanwhile, Example recently confessed that he would be releasing a new single in June.

Capital will be coming live from the BRIT Awards in London all day on Tuesday (21st February).
