The 'Daddy' singer is believed to have married over the weekend at a private family ceremony.

Emeli Sande has reported wed long term boyfriend Adam Gouraguine at a private ceremony in the marine biologists homeland of Montenegro.

The 'Heaven' singer is said to have married Adam on Saturday (15th September) in the town of Kostor at a secret location, after having been with her boyfriend for the past seven years.

"It was a fairly traditional service in the evening," a source told the Daily Record over the weekend. "Emeli looked beautiful in a designer dress. Her fiancé wore a lounge suit."

The publication's source went on to say that, after further celebrations with family and friends, Emeli and Adam are expected to head off  to enjoy their honeymoon break.

It is also believed that although the 'Next To Me' singer did not perform at her wedding ceremony she did play a free concert for around 1000 locals in Kotor ahead of Saturday's event.

Emeli has yet to comment on reports of the wedding but did tweet fans on Friday (14th September) to thank them for their support during her stay there, simply posting: "Thank you for last night Kotor!"

Last month it was announced that Emeli's debut album 'Our Version Of Events' has overtaken Adele's hugely successful 2011 release '21' to become the best selling UK album of 2012 so far.

The Scottish singer-songwriter recently urged fans to listen to Alicia Keys' new album track 'Not Even The King', from the US star's new record 'Girl On Fire', which she penned with Emeli earlier this year.

Emeli Sande is set to rerelease 'Our Version Of Events' on 8th October in a new edition featuring three new songs as well as her version of 'Abide With Me', performed at the London 2012 Olympic Games opening ceremony.
