The 'Heaven' star tells Capital she's looking forward to this weekend.

Emeli Sande has said she feels "privileged" to be playing this weekend's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in London.

The 'Heaven' singer will perform on the Sunday of the event, which takes place at the O2 Arena on the 3rd and 4th December.

Speaking ahead of her performance, Emeli said: "I feel very privileged and honoured to be asked to play.

"It's going to be a huge gig – the line-up is awesome, so I'm excited."

The star also promised that her set will include tracks from her forthcoming debut album 'Our Version Of Events', which is released in February 2012.

"I want my fans to see the real live performance is my voice and also see a different side to me," she told Capital FM's Showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes. "So far people have only really heard 'Heaven' or 'Daddy' so it will be great to play one or two from the album as well."

Other acts set to perform on Sunday include Jessie J, Ed Sheeran, One Direction, Wretch 32, JLS and The Saturdays.
