The 'Heaven' singer says she has plans to get involved in writing film soundtracks in the future.
Emeli Sande says she hopes to get involved in scoring the soundtracks for Hollywood films once she is more settled in her music career.
The 'Read All About It Singer' says she has wanted to work in the film industry for some time and is hoping for the right opportunity to come along.
"I'd love to get into soundtracks and composing for film," Emeli revealed.
The 'Daddy' singer says she would particularly enjoy working on a movie starring English actress Samantha Morton, who she names as one of her favourite film stars.
"It's a bit random but I've seen a few of her movies and I think she's amazing," Emeli explained. "I'd love to just meet her and chat with her."
She added: "Maybe I could do some of the music for one of her films. That would be awesome.”
Emeli Sande is due to release her debut studio album 'Our Version Of Events' on 6th February.
