Demi opens up about her raunchy Cosmopolitan cover shoot and her struggles to get to a place where she loves her body.
She’s got an incredible figure most people would kill to have, but Demi Lovato has revealed it took a while for her to feel comfortable in her own skin.

Demi’s pretty comfortable with her body now – HELLO ‘Cool For The Summer’ video outfit – but it took a lot for her to pose for her revealing Cosmopolitan cover shoot.
Demi told E! News, “It took so much for me to get a place where I would feel comfortable enough to do that. If anything, it's showing all of my fans who know my story and my journey that I've gone from hating every inch of my body to doing a photo shoot in my underwear in front of the entire world.
“That's more of statement to me than just looking sexy on a magazine cover...it's so important for me to show people that."
As well as showing off her new-found (and well deserved) confidence on her Instagram account, Demi also credits her man Wilmer Valderrama for helping her overcome her demons and start to love herself. Cute!
