Dappy Wants Fans To Be Crying For New Album

The N-Dubz star has revealed that he might delay the release of his new album until his fans are "crying" for it.

Dappy previewed the as-yet-untitled record earlier this summer with the single 'No Regrets', which went in at number one on The Vodafone Big Top 40.

But the rapper has said he will only release the album after he has had two number one singles in a row.

"I want people to be crying out for my album. I'll only be happy to release it after two No 1 singles in a row," he told the Daily Star.

"If my next single 'Rockstar' only makes No 2 then, boy, the two singles after that had better hit No 1."

Dappy's debut solo album is due to be released next year.
