23 July 2012, 15:15

The 'Twilight' four-piece are joined by 'No Regrets' rapper Dappy in their latest music video.

Cover Drive have confirmed details of their latest single as well as getting N-Dubz star Dappy to feature in the song's newly unveiled music video.

The 'Lick Ya Down' four-piece joined Dappy as a support act on his 'No Regrets' tour at the end of 2011, and the rapper has returned the favour by starring in their new video as well as dropping a verse for the track.

The video sees Cover Drive competing in a battle of the bands style competition in front of a judging panel including Dappy, before he joins singer Amanda Reifer on stage halfway through 'Explode' for a duet.

The Bajan four-piece have previously released the singles 'Lick Ya Down', 'Twilight' and 'Sparks' from their 2012 debut studio album 'Bajan Style'.

Dappy is currently preparing for the launch of his own debut solo album 'Bad Intentions' on 1st October.

Cover Drive will officially release new single 'Explode' on 26th August.
