The 'Turn Up The Music' singer says his Billboard Award is dedicated to all of his supportive fans.

Chris Brown has issued a thanks to everyone that has supported his career over the years, and admits he has been "humbled" by the fan and industry reception to his music.

The 'Next 2 You' singer made an appearance at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday to perform his hit single 'Turn Up The Music', and posted a thank you message on Twitter after picking up the award for Top R&B Artist.

"I wanna thank everyone who worked on any of my music!" Chris tweeted last night (20th May). "The awards are dedicated to you all!

"I'm humbled by the success I've gained from my fans and support of my team and peers!" the 'Beautiful People' singer added. "Not a generic statement! Really from the heart!"

Over the weekend Chris also issued a thanks to 'Call My Name' singer Cheryl Cole for publicly supporting both him and his music, saying he appreciates her "believing" in him.

Chris Brown is set to launch his fifth studio album 'Fortune' on 29th June.
