The 'Fight For This Love' singer is reportedly looking at properties in the capital for the Black Eyed Peas star.
Cheryl Cole is apparently helping her close friend will.i.am look for a house in London.
The 'T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)' man has been spending time in the capital as he prepares for the launch of the new music talent show The Voice and is rumoured to be "desperate to lay down some roots" in the UK.
A source told The Mirror: "Will is desperate to lay down some roots. He helped Chez in LA last year when she was there for X Factor, so she wants to return the favour."
Cheryl has told him to leave it all up to her. She knows his taste, arty with fab architecture or a futuristic feel. They’ve ruled out a tacky bachelor pad.
"Wherever they choose, studio space will be vital. He is always working and does not want to put his beat-making on hold."
Meanwhile, Cheryl is readying the release of her new album which is expected to be released this year and will.i.am recently confessed that the late Michael Jackson wanted to work with the Girls Aloud star before he passed away in 2009.
