The 'Call My Name' singer reveals how she had completely "committed" herself to the Chelsea star.

Cheryl Cole has opened up on her new relationship with boyfriend Tre Holloway and admitted how she feels as though she's cheating on former husband Ashely Cole.

The '3 Words' star split from the England footballer in early 2010 after it was revealed the Chelsea star had several affairs.

"The weirdest thing is, it takes a long time after you've been with someone as long as I was [with Ashley] not to feel like you're cheating on them," she told Glamour magazine. "That may sound crazy, but it's the way I felt after him.

She added: "I had completely committed myself."

The 'Call My Name' singer admitted that she is picky when it comes to who she dates, but revealed she doesn't mind what job they do.

"Dating someone who's not in the industry can be difficult, but dating someone in the limelight has its own problems. Everything is intensified," she confessed. "'If I fell in love with a dustbin man, I'd be happy to be in love with a dustbin man, but if I fell in love with some really famous man I feel like that would belong to the media."

The star also revealed how distraught she was when the allegations first emerged about her ex-husband's infidelity.

"At the time I just thought: 'I can't carry on'. I couldn't understand why I had to go through all that public pressure when I was already going through the hardest thing in the world," she added. "To have the added stress of being scrutinised and criticised made it insanely hard."

The 'Girls Aloud' singer also revealed how she considers herself to be in a happy place and is not concerned with what people think anymore.

"I'm not unlucky in love or anything else. And I'm absolutely not a victim,' she said. "I'm strong, happy and settled – and I really don’t give a s*** any more."

The Geordie star also spoke about Ashley in her recently released autobiography where she revealed how she felt her health was "put at risk" by the footballer.

Meanwhile, the singer has confirmed that she will be releasing a live DVD from her debut solo arena tour.
