The 'See You Again' star was one of the breakout acts of 2015, and with his debut album just around the corner, here is EVERYTHING you need to know about Mr Puth.
Charlie was born in Rumson, New Jersey in 1991 - we guess that's where he picked up this epic Big Bird costume, too. (Pic: Instagram)
Charlie's birthday is on 2nd December, making him a Sagittarius. (Picture: Getty)
Charlie's distinctive eyebrow is caused by a scar he received when he was attacked by a dog aged just 2-years-old. The attack was so serious that he almost died, which is why Charlie's been known to get defensive when people just think he's shaving it to be "cool". His fans have been known to shave their eyebrows, too. (Picture: PA Photos)
In an interview with Billboard, Charlie revealed that the best nickname he's ever been given was Chunky Spunky Monkey Poofington. Which is pretty epic as far as nicknames go! (Pic: Instagram)
Charlie Puth has always been musically gifted and hella smart. He graduated from Berklee College Of Music on a full scholarship. That's a big deal when the school's alumni have already bagged over 200 Grammy Awards between them!
Back in 2009, Charlie set up his 'CharliesVlogs' YouTube Channel, where he uploaded videos of him covering hit songs as well as vlogging his day-to-day life. (Pic: YouTube)
We've got Ellen DeGeneres to thank for that! When she saw Charlie's cover of Adele's 'Someone Like You', she HAD to have him on the show. In fact, when she first called him, he thought it was a prank and hung up on her... three times! Luckily her team eventually got through to him and, after a successful performance on the show, he was signed to her eleveneleven record label. (Pic: EllenTube)
He is! In fact, if you tap anything that makes a noise, Charlie can tell you what pitch it is AND replicate the note. What a talent!
He's actually a pretty good music PRODUCER, too! He actually produced Jason Derulo's collaboration with Stevie Wonder and Keith Urban, 'Broke', on Jason's 'Everything Is 4' album. Talk about music royalty! (Picture: PA)
It's no question that 'See You Again' was one of the biggest tracks of 2015, and we've got Charlie to thank for that - it was his idea to get Wiz Khalifa to rap on the Paul Walker tribute track. Charlie became so emotionally attached to the song when writing it, taking inspiration from his friend who died in a car accident. (Picture: Nicholas Hunt/Getty Images)
Charlie's been told SEVERAL times that he bears a striking resemblance to The Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson... and you know what? We totally see it! “I’ve been hearing that since 2011. I’m very flattered. He’s a cool dude." (Pictures: Getty)
The duo collaborated on the hit song 'Marvin Gaye' and are good friends. Yep, despite THAT kiss they're just friends. Got it? (Picture: PA)

Without a doubt, the star of Charlie's Instagram is his dog, Brady. (Pic: Instagram)
Unashamedly, Charlie loves a bit of #KUWTK - he's even admitted that Kourtney is his fave (despite rumours he has a crush on Kylie Jenner!) (Pic: PA)
Charlie's first record, 'Nine Track Mind' is due for release at the end of January 2016, and includes his epic chart successes 'Marvin Gaye', 'See You Again' and 'One Call Away'.
