The band will perform a greatest hits set at the ceremony in London on Tuesday.
Blur's performance at the BRIT Awards tomorrow (21st February) will be the longest in the event's history, host James Corden has confirmed.
The reformed Britpop band will take to the stage at the end of the ceremony after collecting the Outstanding Lifetime Achievement award.
Blur are expected to perform a career-spanning set at London's O2 Arena.
Other performers at this year's event include Rihanna and Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars.
Ed Sheeran leads the way with four nominations at this year's BRIT Awards, including Best Male and Best British Breakthrough.
The 'Lego House' singer has also been shortlisted for Best Album for '+' and Best Single for 'The A Team'.
Adele 's 'Someone Like You' is also up for Best Single, while the singer has also achieved nominations for Best Album and Best Female.
