The 'Love On Top' singer explains her choice to return to music three months after giving birth.
Beyonce can be seen revealing her daughter Blue Ivy's face for the first time during her upcoming HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream.
The 'Love On Top' has also revealed she gained almost 60 pounds during her pregnancy.
The Destiny's Child star was asked about her decision to perform just three months after the birth of her first child – something which the singer hadn't accounted for the difficulty of.
"I did a show three months after I gave birth, which was really crazy. I had clearly never giving birth and know I would gain 60 pounds," she said.
Asked by Oprah Winfrey during an interview: "Is that how much you gained," the singer clarified: "57 lbs."
She continued: "But I really wanted to know and I feel so fortunate to do my job. I love my job, I love singing – I love the way it feels."
