Beyonce's post pregnancy body secrets have been revealed by her trainer Marco Borges according to US Weekly.
The 'Countdown' singer has been wowing photographers ever since she was first pictured following the birth of her and husband Jay-Z's baby girl Blue Ivy and she has hit the gym five times a week to get in shape.
The professional told the publication: "We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench."
Bey apparently sticks to a strict diet of whole vegetables and grilled meets. Marco continued: "You don't have to eat only celery sticks. Be sensible and exercise constantly."
A close friend of the Destiny's Child singer also admitted that the star is currently "loving her body".
Beyonce gave birth to her first child back in January and recently spent her first family holiday with her new arrival in the Caribbean and showed off her stunning figure on the beach of St.Barts.
Meanwhile, the 'Crazy In Love' singer is preparing for her first live performance since the birth where she will take to the stage in Atlantic City for a trio of shows across Memorial Day Weekend in the US.
