Beyonce Signs $50 Million Deal With Pepsi Ahead Of Super Bowl Halftime Show Performance

The 'Crazy In Love' singer has signed up with the drinks brand before her anticipated appearance at the 2013 event.

Beyonce has signed a reported $50 million deal with drinks company Pepsi ahead of her upcoming performance at the halftime show of the 2013 Super Bowl.

The 'Love On Top' singers deal has been described as a "hybrid" by the company who also introduced the new tagline "Live For Now" alongside the announcement.

"Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve," Beyonce said in a statement. "As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity."

Explaining their tagline, Pepsi added: "Now is alive, fun and fearless. Now is refreshing. Now is epic. And most of all, now is what we make it."

An image of singer pushing a trolley full of Pepsi was also uploaded to the company's official Twitter page. 

The Destiny's Child singer takes to the stage on 3rd February for her halftime show performance and will release a documentary film shortly after.

Beyonce also joins One Direction in signing a deal with Pepsi after the boyband inked a deal earlier this year.

They stared in a series of hilarious adverts alongside NFL star Drew Brees for the deal.
