Beyonce Throws Lavish Party With £17,000 Worth Of Champagne To Celebrate UK Tour

The 'Love On Top' singer thanked her tour crew for a succcessful run in London with an over-the-top party.

Beyonce reportedly threw a lavish party for her dancers and tour crew to celebrate the last of her London tour dates this past weekend.

The 'Countdown' singer performed six nights at London's O2 Arena last week on her 'The Mrs. Carter Show' world tour, and was said to be so grateful to her crew for making it such a success that she splashed out on the event.

Beyonce allegedly provided £17,000 worth of drinks for her whole tour crew as well as a party at the Andaz Hotel in Liverpool Street, London

"Beyonce wanted to say thanks to all of the backing dancers, crew and everyone else involved with putting on the six shows," a source told The Sun this week. "Between the lot of them they managed to drink their way through more than £17,000 worth of booze in just a few hours.

"They got stuck in as they knew they had a few days off afterwards," the source revealed. ""They were still in there at closing time at 4am.

"They are only part-way through her 'Mrs Carter' tour but the pressure was on in London, and [Beyonce] was chuffed they all helped her put on a good show."

This week it was revealed that Beyonce will unveil a brand new song later this month called 'Rise Up' as part of the soundtrack to new animated film Epic, in which she also stars as a character called Queen Tara.

Beyonce flew back to New York for a short visit at the end of the weekend to attend the MET Gala Ball 2013 on Monday (6th May).
