The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer says she did not have an argument with Chris at this year's Grammys.

Adele has clarified recent reports that she and Chris Brown had a confrontation at the Grammy Awards 2013 last weekend.

The 'Someone Like You' singer was pictured in what appeared to be a confrontation with the R&B star at Sunday's (10th February) awards show, sparking rumours she had been chastising him for refusing to give Frank Ocean a standing ovation.

However Adele has now taken to Twitter for a rare tweet in which she claims the two were actually having a pleasant conversation.

"Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually!" Adele tweeted last night (12th February).

'Turn Up The Music' singer Chris was widely criticised for being one of the few in attendance not to stand for Frank Ocean while he headed up on stage to pick up his award for Best Urban Contemporary Album.

The two R&B acts had been embroiled in an alleged car park altercation back in January, which 'Pyramids' singer Frank Ocean later commented on through his Twitter account.

Adele was also a winner at this year's Grammys when she picked up a gong for Best Pop Solo Performance, as well as debuting a new tattoo behind her right ear believed to be in tribute to her newborn son.

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer is set to make her long-awaited live return later this month for a performance at the Oscars 2013 on 24th February.
