Adele: "BRIT Awards 2012 Will Be A Beautiful Way To Celebrate Success Of '21'

The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer admits she is looking forward to returning to the event which kick started her fantastic year.

Adele has confessed that she is looking forward to the BRIT Award 2012 on Tuesday night (21st February) as she has a "soft spot" for the event.

Last year, she performed 'Someone Like You' and was catapulted into dizzying heights of success as she dominated the charts worldwide with her album '21'.

She said: "I have a soft spot for The BRITs, but this year feels really special since last year it kick-started my album into what it's become. What a beautiful way to celebrate!"

The 'Set Fire To The Rain' singer will make her live UK return at the ceremony since undergoing throat surgery in November last year and is also up for a trio of awards on the night.

Last Sunday (12th February), she dominated at the Grammy Awards taking home six prizes as well as returning to the stage.

The BRITs 2012 take place on Tuesday 21st February from London's O2 Arena.
