The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer's album '21' has now sold 3.4 million copies.

Adele's second studio album, '21' has become the biggest selling album of the century.

The 'Set Fire To The Rain' singer leaped above Amy Winehouse's record of 3.3 million sales of 'Back To Black' with an impressive total of 3.4 million.

'21' was released a little over ten months ago meaning there has been roughly 11,333 copies sold a day in the UK.

It is another astonishing feat for the artist who last week received six Grammy Award nominations, including a nod for Album Of The Year.

The album's sales have been boosted by the release of the singles 'Rolling In The Deep', 'Someone Like You' and more recently, 'Set Fire To The Rain'.
