The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer has scored massive sales since her live return and Grammy Awards triumph.

Adele has become the first artist to achieve two million album sales on the US iTunes with her second studio album '21'.

The 'Set Fire To The Rain' star has accomplished the feat one year after the record was released and was boosted by her triumph at the Grammy Awards on 12th February.

Following her live return to the stage at the Staples Center and picking up six Grammys on the night, '21' managed to shift 730,000 copies – giving the album its biggest weeks sales to date and certifying it with double platinum status.

The 'Someone Like You' star also made her live UK return earlier this week at the BRIT Awards and managed to win the prize for Album Of The Year.

Meanwhile, the star recently dispelled rumours that she was to take up to a five year hiatus before releasing her third album to say that she has already begun writing in the studio.
