The 'Never Close Our Eyes' singer launches his brand new single this weekend just in time for the chart show.

Adam Lambert and will.i.am are set to challenge Chris Brown for the Vodafone Big Top 40 top spot this weekend.

The 'Beautiful People' singer shot straight to number one last sunday (1st July) with his brand new single 'Don't Wake Me Up', and will be looking to score a second week on the top spot this weekend (8th July) on the Big Top 40 chart show.

Adam Lambert will also be looking for a high chart position when he launched new single 'Never Close Our Eyes' this weekend, while will.i.am's former Big Top 40 number one 'This Is Love' is also still in the running for the number one spot.

Calvin Harris will also release a special remix of Florence & The Machine's recent single 'Spectrum', while Maroon 5's 'Payphone' and Stooshe's latest single 'Black Heart' are all still riding high in the chart and could be contenders for the top.
